A $25 deposit holds the chair and comes off your total. Appointments run 2 to 3 hours depending on the set, so pick a day you're not rushing.

AFTERCARE
Making them last.
Done right, a set holds three to four weeks. Most of that is what happens between visits.
- First 24 hoursNo steam, no swimming, no hot showers with your face in the water. The adhesive is still curing.
- Wash themDaily, with lash shampoo and a soft brush. Clean lashes hold longer than dirty ones, every time.
- Brush themMorning, with the spoolie I send you home with. Ten seconds.
- Skip oilOil-based cleansers and makeup remover break down the bond faster than anything else.
- Hands offNo picking, no pulling. If one is bothering you, text me and come in.
POLICIES
Written down so nobody has to have the awkward conversation.
Deposits
$25 holds your appointment and comes off your total. Deposits move with you once if you reschedule more than 48 hours out.
Late
Fifteen minutes late and we do what fits in the time that's left. Twenty and it's a reschedule, since the next client is already on her way.
Cancellations
48 hours notice, no charge. Inside 48 hours the deposit stays with me. Two no-shows and booking goes to prepay only.
Guests
It's a one-chair studio, so no extra guests and no kids in the room. It's not personal, there's genuinely nowhere for them to sit.
Come clean
No eye makeup, no mascara, no lash serum the day of. If I have to clean first, that's time out of your set.
Fixes
Something not sitting right in the first 5 days? Come back and I'll fix it, free. That's what the warranty is for.
QUESTIONS
Before your first set.
Does it hurt?
No. Your eyes stay closed and most people fall asleep. If anything stings, say so immediately, that's usually adhesive fumes and it's fixable.
Will they ruin my natural lashes?
Not when they're applied at a weight your lashes can carry, which is what the consultation is for. Damage comes from sets that are too heavy and from picking at them.
How long does it take?
Two hours for a classic, closer to three for mega volume. Fills run 45 to 90 minutes.
Can I wear mascara?
You won't want to. If you must, water-based only and never on the roots.
What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
Tell me when you book. There's a sensitive adhesive and we can patch test a week ahead.
How often do I come back?
Every two to three weeks for a fill. Past four weeks it's usually a new set.
